The main mission of the GANVAM Academy is to promote the professionalisation of the different profiles involved in the distribution ecosystem, encouraging the diversity and development of more efficient and creative teams, as well as facilitating the access and integration of women in the sector.
Ganvam Academy helps companies to recruit new staff with accredited prior knowledge in relation to the position to be filled, and to permanently develop their teams.
Methodology
At Ganvam Academy,students are always accompanied in their training process, with a 100% online and virtual methodology.
Students view the online content with the support of a tutor who monitors them and from time to time, depending on the itinerary, the content is reviewed and reinforced with virtual (synchronous) classes. At the end of each content, each module and, of course, the itinerary, the student is evaluated to ensure their knowledge.
